Smoked Scottish Export
Ruby red beer, lean and dry body with hints of red fruit and resin and a smoky aftertaste given by the peat.
Beer focused on English-style malts. The use of whiskey malt gives it its peaty note, distinguishing it from other Scottish Exports, making it more alcoholic than the Scottish versions.
Fireball aims to be a beer for connoisseurs, who seek particular flavors and high alcohol content
IBU 30 – EBC 33 – Alcohol 7%
I Civettoni
Session European Pale Ale
High fermentation beer with a straw yellow color with golden reflections, a slim body and low alcohol content which makes it a fresh and drinkable beer.
European Pale Ale because the hops chosen are continental with Mandarina Bavaria and Cardinal both in boiling and dry-hopping.
The malt used is Golden Promise, a typical English-style malt.
Misty Step aims to be a beer suitable for IPA lovers, without too strong a bitterness to make it a lighter drink.

Charm
Pilsner
Bottom-fermented beer of straw yellow color, with compact, fine-textured foam. Composed of Pilsner malt and European hops, it presents floral notes on the nose, while when drunk it presents light malty notes reminiscent of wildflower honey.
The slight resininess combined with the dryness and very light bitterness make it an easy drink.
